Confirm SharePoint deletion

Cleanup verifies the NAS copy before deleting the source. When low-storage recovery is active, the file is permanently deleted from SharePoint, bypassing its recycle bin; the NAS copy is then the recovery copy.

Confirm retention change

This changes which SharePoint files qualify for deletion in every future cleanup for this location. It does not delete anything now.

Cleanup whitelist

Select folders that must always remain in SharePoint. They will still be archived to the NAS, but cleanup will skip the folder and every file below it.

Protected foldersNone

Removing a folder exposes old files below it to future cleanup runs.

Operator authentication

Enter the dashboard API token configured on the NAS.

Add SharePoint folders

Choose one or more locations. Each receives an independent NAS archive schedule and SharePoint cleanup schedule.

Confirm scheduled-operation settings

This changes the master switch and SharePoint cleanup deletion ceiling for all folders. Folder frequencies and new-folder defaults stay unchanged.

Confirm low-storage cleanup settings

This enables quota recovery independently of each folder's date-based cleanup schedule. At the trigger it selects the oldest eligible files, permanently deletes them from SharePoint after NAS, hash, and permission verification (bypassing the recycle bin), then stops at the lower target or deletion ceiling. Quota readings can lag; the per-run ceiling remains the hard limit.

Restore archived file to SharePoint

Select a file with a complete restoration package. Existing SharePoint files are never overwritten.
